If I could give Trent and his staff more than 5 stars I would. The level of professionalism that the entire staff showed me as a client was exceptional. Respectful staff, prompt replies, patient with any questions I had, not to mention very responsive, is what many businesses lack these days and they exceeded my expectations. Trent made it a point to answer all questions in a manner in which I could easily understand, even if I asked the same question several times.

I can not say enough about this office. I have had two reasons to use their services and in both instances my wife and I have been surprised. This is a professional office that is efficient and you can expect rapid service. As an example in my case I was sending information via the internet to his office. Nothing was ever misplaced and if I asked a question the reply really surprised us. It took all of thirty seconds! When this happens you can be assured that the law firm your working with cares about you and the quality of work they produce. Our second surprised was when a personal injury claim would not result in much money being left for my wife who was injured by a driver who had been drinking. The problem is that the insurance companies were going to get 80% of a small settlement. Mr. Bond cut his payment in half so the injured party would get something. I have never seen this kind of kindness before from an attorney! As a result of his clients injuries I am afraid that disability has become a fact of life. Again this law firm remains a friend and helped with insurance issues related to the injury. I can not say enough good things about this company except that this family is proud to call Trent Bond of Portner Bond, PLLC a friend.

Honest hard working team of professional people that treated me very well . Mr Bond explained the whole process in the beginning . They always took the time to explain anything I had new questions about what I needed to know . At the end of it all , everything worked just as he said explained it to me in the beginning .
