Attorney Tom Kiehnhoff has decades of experience in criminal prosecution and defense, civil litigation, trial litigation, and white collar crimes. He began his legal career as an Assistant United States Attorney in the state of Texas, specifically prosecuting environmental crimes. He organized a statewide task force before moving into private practice, where he focused primarily on civil and business litigation cases. He has represented clients in cases pertaining to product liability, premises liability, wrongful death, wrongful termination, fraud, insurance violations, and more.
